About me
Fyza Parviz Jazra is a Ph.D. student in the History Department at Stanford. Her field is the History of Science, and her research focuses on intellectual exchanges between the East and the West, European interest in the Arabic scientific culture, scientific manuscripts and instruments, and the intersections between commercial and scientific life. She is also an aspiring writer who has read her work at various festivals and venues around the Bay Area. Previously, she worked as a Software Engineer at Apple and Motorola.
