About me
Originally from NYC, Sheila spent her younger years in
Music, art, and writing. A member of “The Group
Image Ent. Inc.”, she was the singer in “The GI Band.
1968 released “A Mouth In the Clouds” on Community
Records. Since 1969, She spent many years in Mexico and
California, incorporating music and writing with her
life. She is passionate about archeology, anthropology,
history, indigenous cultures, diving, horses and writing.
